One of the most commonly sold irrigation systems is
manufactured by Rain Bird. It is an automatic irrigation
system to provide 100% coverage to your plants, tees and sod.
After installation of your lawn, shrubs and trees, the irrigation
time-clock is programmed to water daily on average of 10-45 minutes
per zone based upon your lot conditions. This is done to ensure
plants, trees and sod receive adequate amount of water during the
adjustment period. Once you move into your new home you must
re-program the controller to water according to county and/or city watering guidelines and you lot conditions.
Your
irrigation system requires regular maintenance to operate
efficiently and effectively. Regular homeowner maintenance
activities are are follows:
